What event did IluvVivid host?
In June, Chongming Island witnessed a unique color exchange.
Guided by their professors, students from the Visual Communication Design Department of Tibet University journeyed over 2,500 kilometers to Shanghai for an immersive “Decoding Eastern Colors” workshop at the home of IluvVivid’s senior consultant, Professor Lou Shengsen.
The session began with exploring the Decoding Eastern Colors book series.
Professor Lou captivated the group with vivid storytelling, unveiling the history of traditional Chinese colors and the wisdom behind ethnic color palettes.
In this relaxed atmosphere, students not only discovered the cultural stories behind colors but also enthusiastically shared their design inspirations and perspectives on IluvVivid’s research in traditional and ethnic colors.
A consensus emerged:

During the hands-on session, students eagerly experimented with IluvVivid’s art coatings. Each participant dipped their brush into vibrant hues to inscribe Tibetan blessings on canvas.
