- Record start of construction via video and issue official commencement notice.
3. Protection/Preparation

Tasks:
- Deliver all materials in one batch and complete site protection measures.
- Large-scale construction can only begin after protection measures pass inspection.
4. Construction Phase

- Certified artisans must follow A4 sample standards; smoking/eating on-site is prohibited.

5. Cleanup/Inspection
